Approved refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution. Domain Sempai is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.
Cryptocurrency payments are generally non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions. Refunds for cryptocurrency payments may only be issued in exceptional circumstances and at our sole discretion.
